How it works
- Site visit and quote. Where the car parks, where the board is, what the board can carry, single or three phase, solar or not. Fixed-price quote with charger options.
- Installation. Circuit run, charger mounted, protection fitted, load management configured where chosen. Usually completed in a day.
- Testing and handover. Charger tested with your vehicle, app set up where applicable, documentation sent.

Common questions
How much does EV charger installation cost?
The charger, the distance from the switchboard, single or three phase, and whether the board needs work are the variables. We quote fixed price after a site visit, with and without the charger supplied.
Will my switchboard handle an EV charger?
Many older boards will not without an upgrade or dynamic load management. We tell you which on the visit; load management often avoids a full board upgrade.
Can I charge from solar?
Yes, with a solar-aware charger such as the Wallbox Pulsar and a CT clamp on the mains. The charger then favours your solar surplus over grid power.
Can chargers be installed in an apartment building?
Yes. We work with the owners corporation on capacity, metering and access, and can pre-wire so future residents can add chargers without re-running mains.
