What we do
Intercom repairs. No sound, no picture, door release not working, handset dead, buzzer stuck on, one unit in the building not answering. We diagnose on site and repair where parts are available, or quote a like-for-like or upgraded replacement.
Video intercom installation. New door stations and monitors for homes and townhouses, including systems you answer from your phone when you are not home.
Apartment and strata intercoms. Full building systems, replacing old audio-only systems, and takeovers where the original installer is gone or the brand is no longer supported. We work directly with owners corporations, strata managers and building managers.

How it works
- Fault call or quote request. Tell us the symptom and the brand if you know it. For repairs we book a diagnostic visit; for new systems we visit and quote.
- On site. Fault found and fixed on the day where possible. Replacement or new install quoted fixed price.
- Handover. Every unit tested, door release checked, phone app set up where fitted, and the strata manager or owner told what was done.

Common questions
My intercom has stopped working. Can it be repaired?
Usually. The common faults are power supplies, cabling and a single failed handset or door station. We repair those. If the brand is obsolete and parts are unavailable, we quote a replacement.
Can I answer the intercom from my phone?
Yes, with a current IP video intercom. We install systems with phone apps for homes and for individual apartments where the building system supports it.
Do you work with strata managers?
Yes. A large part of our intercom work is for owners corporations and property managers across Bayside and the southeast. We report in writing and arrange access with tenants.
How much does intercom repair cost?
A diagnostic visit is charged at our standard call-out rate and most repairs are completed on that visit. Replacement systems are quoted fixed price.
