What we do
Basic clean. Filters removed and washed, indoor and outdoor units wiped down, visual check for dirt, mould and debris. Suits newer units and light seasonal use.
Deep anti-bacterial clean. Indoor unit fully opened, coils and fan barrel treated with anti-bacterial cleaner, drain system flushed under pressure, filters cleaned and disinfected, outdoor condenser coil and casing cleaned. For families, allergy sufferers and units run year-round.

How it works
- Book. Tell us the number of units and how they are used; we recommend the basic or deep clean.
- Clean. Typically under an hour per unit for a deep clean. Filters, coils, fan barrel and drain done; outdoor unit cleaned.
- Check. Airflow and drainage tested, any faults found are quoted, and a reminder set if you want the next clean scheduled.
Recommended cleaning schedule
Every 12 months if the system runs one season a year; every 6 months if it does both heating and cooling; immediately if you notice bad smells, weak airflow or visible dirt. If it has been more than 12 months, the unit is due.

Common questions
How often should a split system be cleaned?
Annually for single-season use, every six months for year-round use. Sooner if it smells or airflow has dropped.
What is the difference between a basic and a deep clean?
The basic clean handles filters and surfaces. The deep clean opens the indoor unit to treat the coils, fan barrel and drain where mould and bacteria build up.
Will cleaning fix a bad smell?
Almost always. The smell is stale water and bacteria in the drain and fan barrel, which the deep clean removes.
Can you clean and service at the same time?
Yes. Cleaning can be added to a service, fault check or a new install, which saves a visit.
